Is there a free version?
Yes. The cancellation survey, retention offers, trial coupons, dashboard and translations are free on WordPress.org. Win-back e-mails, unfinished sign-ups and subscription metrics come with Pro.
Does it work in shops with several currencies?
Yes. Subscription Toolkit works in multilingual and multi-currency shops.
Can I offer a discount or a free month instead of a cancellation?
Yes. Every cancellation reason can have its own offer: a percentage or fixed discount on a number of renewals, or a free period that moves the next payment back. It is applied the moment the customer accepts.
Does the trial coupon affect the payment gateway?
No. It uses the standard WooCommerce Subscriptions trial. Gateways that verify the card at sign-up, such as Stripe, Payrexx, Braintree or Mollie, keep doing so.
Does it work with cache plugins?
Yes. The popup only appears on My Account pages, which WooCommerce excludes from page caching. With WP Rocket the script is excluded from delayed JavaScript automatically.
Does it work with other coupon plugins?
Yes. The coupon type registers through the standard WooCommerce filter and works, for example, with Smart Coupons by WebToffee.
How do I get the Pro version?
Click Upgrade to Pro in WooCommerce, Subscription Toolkit. After the purchase you install the Pro version and enter your license key. All settings are kept.
